Located on a French vineyard minutes from the Mediterranean coast, Beaumont Holidays rents traditional French villas to those seeking a good time in a great location. With two stunning pools, tennis courts, and a restaurant all on site, guests can chose to relax and stay in or go out and explore the Cathar Castles, Roman ruins, historic rivers, and Mediterranean beaches only moments away.

In the past year, Beaumont Holidays had seen extremely low sales through the OTAs. In fact, it had gotten to the point that they had to shut-down their indoor pool, sauna, and spa even though it was still listed as an amenity. Now, Beaumont Holidays needed help to increase bookings and revenue before they missed another high season and had to shut their doors for go

An analysis of all listings was conducted to identify the specific obstacles that prevented potential guests from booking on the OTAs: search results, page views, and/or conversion rate. Using RevPARTY’s specific mapping of key factors to each obstacle, we then modified those elements to quickly drive bookings through the acquisition funnel.

Within 7 days:

  • Listings saw as much as twice the bookings from the entire previous year;

  • Listings saw as much as a 50% increase in booking rate once the page was viewed;

  • All listings improved to be ranked in the top 1% of the market;

  • All listings appeared in more search results and had an increased conversion rate from search results to page views.

Within 30 days:

  • Listings views increased by as much as 591% (or an average of 231%);

  • Listings appeared in 56% more search results on average;

  • From search results to listing views, the conversion rate increased by as much as 264% (96% on average);

  • Bookings per day increased 860% portfolio wide.
